latin model in mount charleston

using the beautiful and serene Mount Charleston, Alex and i found many different locations to showcase the beauty of the atmosphere and of Sophia.

for this shoot we had the sun on full blast giving us all extra tans, well all except Alex. hes pretty pale. so he hid in the umbrella meant to bounce / diffuse the two TTL’s

anyways, we shot in the middle of the highway then headed towards the entrance of the Mary Jane trail which has a very stunning view of the mountain side. not to mention beautiful scenery all around which we used in numerous shots. i cant wait for winter to roll around to capture the essence that is snow around the millions of trees and crazy mountain side.

Sophia was extremely sweet and comfortable with the camera which led to a lot of interesting shots and angles.

all these shots were taken in between 4pm and 6pm with the 40D and the 10 – 22mm, 28mm 1.8, 100mm 2.8, one 580EX II and two 450EX II’s. some with the umbrella some without, some with diffuser material too. gotta do a little of everything!!!
