michael waters from phase 1 sports takes training seriously, so i wanted to add glory and power into the feel of the shot.

we did just that by using the high powered las vegas sun to blast into the shot without prejudice! which gave a nice haze into his portrait. it didn’t completely wash him out into the darkness thanks to two ttl’s to the left of him to keep him visible.
